NephroCare Mobile app for iPhone and iPad

NephroCare Mobile enables electronic medical charting for a subset of patient data on mobile devices and requires an existing NephroCare enviroment for its operation.

NephroCare is a software system designed to electronically capture the long-term and aggregate health information of renal patients, through encounters in hospitals and ambulatory environments and through usage of interfaces. The electronic medical records obtained enable the sharing of medical information among health care providers and allow
continuity of care as patients move through various modalities of renal care. Included in the information collected are: patient demographics, progress notes, problems, medications, renal replacement therapies, medical history, immunizations, laboratory data, and medical
imaging reports. NephroCare has the capability to organize and extract data for analysis and reporting, and users have, to some extent, the ability to customize (through catalogues, preferences, and access rights) how this information is charted and displayed.

Please note: This App will not function without access to an existing NephroCare environment.
